Organic Soapnuts | Soap Detergent
This is a fairtrade and certified organic soapnuts and soap detergent that is helping provide jobs for people in Nepal. These berries have been harvested from the Sapindus Mukorossi tree and produce a natural substance called saponin which is what gives them their cleaning power. They are organic, eco-friendly, completely biodegradable, allergy safe and will leave your laundry clean and soft without the use of regular detergents or fabric softeners. Each bag produces approximately 100 loads of laundry. They can also be used to create a multi-purpose household liquid for tasks such as washing windows, mirrors, kitchens and bathrooms.
How to use them:

Leave bag out to dry when you’ve completed your loads each wash bag is good for approximately 10 loads. The nuts work in all temperatures. For extra dirty clothes, pre-soak the wash bag in water. The soapnuts are ready to be replaced once they become much lighter in color and are very dry and flakey. You can test them by running them under water- if there are no suds, they are ready for replacement.
